New Year’s resolutions are invariably focusing on restriction and deprivation in a bit to achieve results in a short period of time.

You will instantly feel under pressure to achieve a goal or set of goals that are often not well thought out.

Try this instead 👉🏻

👉🏻Focus on your health and wellbeing (both physical and mental).

👉🏻Make small, sustainable changes such as;

🧡15 minutes walking during your lunch break

🧡An extra portion of veg with your dinner

🧡A five minute morning stretch routine


Take the pressure off yourself.

It’s not a race.

I promise by focusing on FEELING better rather than a number on the scale/dress size/what the mirror says you will achieve a better result overall.
