🧑 START YOUR DAY WITH BREAKFAST just as you do or should do during the week. Use it as an opportunity to enjoy something you don’t have time to prepare during the busy weekday mornings.


🧑GET ACTIVE Move your body. Go to the gym, for a bike ride, or to a class you don't have time for during the week. Schedule it in and commit to it.


🧑DON’T SKIP MEALS ......EVER.......no matter how much you’ve eaten/drunk the night before.


🧑DRINK in moderation; watch the alcohol intake, alternate with soft drinks such as lime and soda.


🧑VISUALISE Keep your goals in mind.
