๐Ÿงก START YOUR DAY WITH BREAKFAST just as you do or should do during the week. Use it as an opportunity to enjoy something you donโ€™t have time to prepare during the busy weekday mornings.


๐ŸงกGET ACTIVE Move your body. Go to the gym, for a bike ride, or to a class you don't have time for during the week. Schedule it in and commit to it.


๐ŸงกDONโ€™T SKIP MEALS ......EVER.......no matter how much youโ€™ve eaten/drunk the night before.


๐ŸงกDRINK in moderation; watch the alcohol intake, alternate with soft drinks such as lime and soda.


๐ŸงกVISUALISE Keep your goals in mind.
