STAYING ON TRACK AT THE WEEKEND
π If your WEEK looks like this: π₯¦π₯π ππ₯©π½π₯π₯¬ππππ but your π WEEKEND looks like this: πππππ«π©π»π₯πΊ ask yourself whether youβre really going to get the RESULTS you want and DESERVE.....Donβt work your ass off all week to undo it at the weekend.
Here are FIVE TIPS to stay on track this weekend ππ»ππ»ππ»
π§‘ START YOUR DAY WITH BREAKFAST just as you do or should do during the week. Use it as an opportunity to enjoy something you donβt have time to prepare during the busy weekday mornings.
π§‘GET ACTIVE Move your body. Go to the gym, for a bike ride, or to a class you don't have time for during the week. Schedule it in and commit to it.
π§‘DONβT SKIP MEALS ......EVER.......no matter how much youβve eaten/drunk the night before.
π§‘DRINK in moderation; watch the alcohol intake, alternate with soft drinks such as lime and soda.
π§‘VISUALISE Keep your goals in mind.
