HEALTHY doesn't always equal LESS CALORIES...

It’s easy to think when you’re eating nutritious and healthy food that that’s all you need to worry about..... BUT, there are lots of healthy foods that are actually pretty calorific and can easily throw you out of a calorie deficit and into a calorie surplus (if weight loss is your goal).

REMEMBER: ultimately if you overeat on anything (even 🥬) you will gain weight!
