Wedding/Special Events Package - £720 (Normal individual price £865)

 

Maybe you have a high profile function to attend and want that extra confidence boost or perhaps your goal is to burn fat, build a little muscle or just feel good for your big day, I will create a tailor made, progressive programme to help you achieve this.  For ladies paying particular attention to the shoulders, upper arms and waist and for guys, ensuring you fit nicely into your 3 piece with a little definition and heaps of confidence!

 

Included in this package:

  • 24 x 1 hour sessions to be used within a 12 week period

  • Includes food diary analysis, recommendations and nutritional advice (RRP £25)

  • Also included “7 days to a healthier you” a daily email with action points for that day allowing you to make lasting changes to your lifestyle.

New Mum Package - £730 (Normal individual price £875)

 

Pregnancy and childbirth are one of the most physically demanding challenges your body faces.  Your body will undergo many changes during the 9 months of pregnancy and continuing afterwards.  With this in mind, I will provide you with the help and support you need to not only regain your pre-pregnancy fitness but I will work with you (after your 6 week post-natal check-up) to help you feel fitter and stronger than before.  I will create a bespoke plan for you whilst remaining sympathetic to the demands of your new baby including sleep deprivation and time constraints that come with a demanding new-born.

 

Included in this package:

  • 24 x 1 hour sessions to be used within a 12 week period

  • Includes 1 hour nutritional advice session (RRP £35)

  • PDF Copy of my post pregnancy exercise e-Book packed with information, advice and tips

Whether it’s a family holiday, an anniversary treat or a weekend away with friends, it’s always nice to look and feel your best. 

 

If you’re just not happy with your physique or are feeling unhealthy and would like to shed a few pounds of fat and gain a little definition then I will work with you – providing you are committed and dedicated to ensure you achieve a physique to be proud of in time for your holiday whilst also focusing on behaviour change to ensure the new habits remain permanent and lasting.
